Our Rates are inclusive of:

NO INSURANCE COVERAGE

1. When the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2. After an accident, driver doesn’t stop and doesn’t take the necessary actions, such as informing our company, the Traffic Police (100), getting names and addresses of those involved in the accident, and not moving the car from the point where the accident took place before the representative of the insurance company or the Traffic Police arrives.
3. When the renter uses the car for unfair and illegal purposes, for example. smuggling, theft, illegal transport of objects and goods.
4. When the driver is not declared on the Rental Agreement.
5. The driver uses the car for any kind of racing or competition.
6. Damages caused to the vehicle because of off road driving (road without asphalt, beaches, mountains etc).
7. The vehicle is used in violation of the traffic regulations (e.g. road signs, speed limits, road direction).

 

In the event of damage to the car, the client is not exempt from liability if they don’t call the emergency phone number! +6973240819

 

Minimum Rental: 3 days.

 

Please read carefully the following term:

 

We kindly inform our clients, that all rental vehicles are allowed to move strictly and only in asphalted/paved roads!

 

Vehicles include a special sensor system, as well as locator device, that notifies the rental company, when the vehicle is moving in unpaved streets, dirt roads or prohibited/un-authorized areas.

 

In case the renter, drives with the rental vehicle off-road, in unpaved streets (road to Balos or other similar roads, etc.) or in un-authorized areas, there is absolutely no insurance coverage and the renter bares exclusive responsibility, so for any damages that may occur in the rental vehicle and for the cleaning of mud, dust, etc., in the interior and exterior of the vehicle, as well as for the towing expenses that may arise.

 

In the situation of disregard of the above term, the renter is obligated to pay the amount of 1000€ to the rental company, as penalty

Minimum Rental Age: 21 years old For All Groups and have a driving license for at least 1.5 years

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 5 days or more before your arrival date, no fees will be charged.

Cancellations made 120 hours or less before your arrival date, the amount you paid will be charged.

For non-shows, 100% of the booking will be charged

Clients Should also:

No smoking in the car
Secure (lock) vehicle when not in use.
Always park the vehicle in a safe spot.
Respect Road signs and traffic limits.
Respect vehicle limits and use it appropriately
